This October, Trades of Hope has donated to a ministry of coffee farmers and their families (pictured right). These artisans make a living by creating coffee and by selling through fair trade companies in the US. To properly create this coffee, the artisans and their families need to build a wet mill. That is where we come in! The new wet mill will revitalize the community and lay the foundation for economic security for the farmers! This does not only affect the artisans, but also affects their families and their communities.
This wet mill project is being led by a mission minded company in the US, called Provision Coffee, and by HOPE Bible Missions. We are so excited that we are working together to not only give these artisans a viable business, but sharing the love of God. This ministry is dedicated to training up leaders in the community who can own businesses, love one another, and contribute to creating change!
Trades of Hope is honored to be able to support such life-changing artisans, and we want to thank you for every sale and purchase you have contributed to changing the world. We could not do it without you!
Below are some pictures sent to us from the community in Guatemala!
